  Took incredibly long to receive, and ultimately the box was damaged, open and missing parts, but the seller and/or eBay issued a full refund. Would buy from this seller again, just would hope to get what's ordered undamaged and more promptly in the future.

  Fast shipping. New item as expected. Shipped in the manufacturer's box placed inside of a plastic bag. The box is a "shelf box" not a sturdy shipping box or container and we would suggest adding bubble wrap or placing the manufacturer's soft box inside of a shipping box for this item in the future. However, despite the comments above and some dents in the soft box, the item survived fine.

  Unfortunately the post office lost my item and delivered it someplace or someone else but the seller refunded me even though it was not there fault. Good integrity. I will try and purchase another and see if the post office can get it right this time.

  Shipped in a used Amazon box, but arrived intact and works as expected. No complaints!
