  This item was not as described. It is not a "bed mattress topper". It's more like a kneeling pad for gardening. However, the sellers delivery was fast & we'll packaged. They were friendly & helpful. I would recommend this seller based on their excellent communication. Thank you.

  We ordered a Dachshund puppy statue which cost £19.99. The seller sent us a different one - a Spaniel. We told him that we didn't want that and he suggested we keep it [or sell it!] and he offered a £5 refund. We refused and wanted a full refund and a return label. He kept increasing his offer to £10, then £15 We got fed up and made a complaint through Ebay and we finally got our money back after several weeks! Be aware of this buyer!
