Listing and tracking show that these were from London, but the seller is also listed as Hong Kong. If London then I fail to understand the "logistics force majeure factors" which beset them around Hayes or Farnborough over the few days (8) they took to arrive. Using Yodel is NOT a case of force majeure - it's just going for cheaper delivery and blaming out. A slew of incoherent messages and failure to read responses, maybe from the HK connection. Not a shopping experience I'd care to repeat.

Didn't receive the mirror that lit up or had magnification but a normal standard mirror. I told them and they are going to give me a 20% refund.. oh and I get to keep the mirror.
