    Seller has terrible communication and has false information on where the item was housed. I bought this item based on the location and price as it was within 50 miles of my location. Items come from all around the world and then imported, but this was not accurately stated. I had to wait over an additional two weeks for the item to arrive. The listing was misleading and false in hopes of more customers for the seller.

    Because the shop chose to use a horrible shipping partner, the item took 23 days to get here and we're both on the same coast in the US; that's an unacceptable time frame. Had they shipped directly with the USPS, it could have taken 1/3 that amount of time to get here. The item is as pictured, and works well, and that's the only reason I'm giving this a positive review.

    Item was what I ordered; however, please do not advertise that you are shipping FAST from North Carolina when you're using YunExpress shipping from China. Item was in transit for 14 days. Seller was indifferent when asked about the extended ship time. I will not order from this seller again.

    The quality seems to be excellent, and the relay block arrived in perfect condition. Pricing was very reasonable. I thought the shipping was substandard. It took over two weeks to get from North Carolina to Ohio, and according to the tracking, it took 11 days just to get the item to the USPS. Perhaps it actually came from China instead of the stated location of N. Carolina???
