  These USB Memory-sticks are ideal: arrived in record time {if the courier hadn't delivered next door}. Communication with the seller was prompt, factual; enabling me to trace where the courier had delivered them. Securely packaged: I am delighted with the product.   I ordered an item. Within 24-hours, I was notified by seller the specific item I ordered was not available for sale. Seller gave options on what I could reasonably request of the seller. I chose to get a refund (that specificly described item I ordered is what I wanted) and the seller complied and withdrew the purchase invoice almost immediately (effectively not drawing money from me and also voiding the purchase). I was very pleased in communication and handling of a voided purchase.

  Appears fine. Good condition and value. Only let down by tracking sites which indicate part was left for days on end in one place then another. Emails just suggested I contact supplier or another courier who hadn’t even been passed the package at that point!

  Great seller, I contacted them as the CPUs temp sensor was faulty, and they quickly sent out a replacement. Part came and works as described.

  Ordered two of these. One arrived with scratched pads, the other was fine. One was a spare anyhow. Contacted seller about the damaged one,. Got a prompt reply for pics. After sending the pics seller asked if I wanted a replacement or refund , I chose refund since it was just a spare. Seller actually refunded to entire order! 5 stars!

  The item arrived very quickly considering the distance, around a week, which was well before the expected date. The item was well packaged and in very good condition with minimal signs of wear, and works flawlessly. I was surprised that the item came with some thermal paste as a bonus. You can't really ask for any more at such a great price. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
