  The seller was excellent. The bumper had some issues that affected mounting it. The seller communicated back and forth with remedies of a discount or a return. I opted for a return. They sent a shipping label right away and credited my account as soon as I dropped it off at the UPS Store. Good customer service!

  The bumper is in a big plastic bag and in bubble wrap. The company did what they could for protection in a large box. The shipping company UPS must have did a number in shipping. The bumper did take a decent amount of damage unfortunately. The corners were poking through the bubble wrap and ate up pretty good. Some scratches and 2 big Knicks. The seller was very gracious when I reached out to let them know about the damage. We worked out a fair deal and communication was very good. A++ Buy here!

  Highly recommend this seller excellent communication and customer service. Had a small issue but they fixed it right away with no hassle. And let's face it a company is as good as how they treat and take care of their customers especially when there's an issue and this company did an amazing job. Not to mention everything was extremely well made quality wize and package was superb.. Great job guys I will be coming back

  Part arrived quickly in perfect condition, very very well packaged in expanding foam and a proper sized box. The part itself was as described and shown, of good quality and looks really sharp on my vehicle. I think it was a good deal for what I got.

  Due to problems with the carrier i never received the bumper but the seller was very kind and immediately offered to send another only for the same thing to happen, but they were quick to offer a refund after it didnt come through a second time. Would absolutely buy from them again if the shipping would work!
