  I purchased a Logitech folio case/keyboard that was advertised as unopened and at a very reasonable price. The item arrived promptly and appeared to be sealed in its original packaging with official Logitech seals, just as described. Unfortunately, despite trying new batteries, the device wouldn’t power up. However, I was very impressed with the seller’s response. As soon as I reported the issue, they handled it professionally and without delay, offering a full refund straightaway.

  Great ebayer. I put an old address on the order by error and got a message from Royal Mail that parcel could not be delivered. Contacted the seller and once they received the parcel back they re-sent it to the correct address with no fuss and no charge (even though I offered to pay postage & a handling fee).   The case arrived in 24 hours and was well packaged. It came in the original Apple packaging, with original factory sealed cellophane. It works perfectly and was in pristine condition, with no blemishes to the product or packaging in any way. The value for money of this product is exceptional. I would recommend this seller 12/10!!

  Brand new genuine Apple products. Great value price. Royal Mail were painfully slow with delivery, shipped 10/07, delivered 21/07. Henry at Authentic- Products was very helpful and offered to send out a replacement. Fortunately, the item arrived today 21/07, so no need for the replacement. I’ve purchased from this seller before and there are items are always spot on
