  I purchased a Logitech folio case/keyboard that was advertised as unopened and at a very reasonable price. The item arrived promptly and appeared to be sealed in its original packaging with official Logitech seals, just as described. Unfortunately, despite trying new batteries, the device wouldn’t power up. However, I was very impressed with the seller’s response. As soon as I reported the issue, they handled it professionally and without delay, offering a full refund straightaway.

  Speedy delivery,kept well informed by eBay and Royal Mail of progress. The item was exactly as described. A good saving compared to Apple price. Would recommend this seller. Although the box had been opened the case appears to bebrand new. Definitely looks genuine apple product quality. Many thanks.

  Great ebayer. I put an old address on the order by error and got a message from Royal Mail that parcel could not be delivered. Contacted the seller and once they received the parcel back they re-sent it to the correct address with no fuss and no charge (even though I offered to pay postage & a handling fee).   Can’t recommend this seller enough, good communication and quick dispatch , unfortunately royal mail delivered my order to the wrong address, nobody knows where! But another was dispatched for the next day and that arrived safely. Thank you for your help and outstanding service.

  The case arrived in 24 hours and was well packaged. It came in the original Apple packaging, with original factory sealed cellophane. It works perfectly and was in pristine condition, with no blemishes to the product or packaging in any way. The value for money of this product is exceptional. I would recommend this seller 12/10!!
