    Item looked exactly as described and was packed very well. Appeared to be in good condition but unfortunately it was DOA. With it being a used part I can only assume something shook loose or was just at the end of it's life. They refunded immediately when I reported it and I have no complaints as this just happens when buying used parts that are no longer made by the original manufacturer. We all do our best and hope for the best and sometimes strike gold and sometimes not. Great seller.

    There was a problem with USPS. The seller communicated well and always responded to my thoughts and inquiries. NO PROBLEM ON THE SELLERS PART. Great service, the part was in excellent condition, and packaged very well. All in all (besides the post office) a great experience.

    Speedy shipment at a good price. This item didn't fix my dryer, so I returned it for a refund. There was no problem with the refund. I did purchase a different board from this seller. Great seller!!! Easy return!!! Speedy refund!!!
