  The quality of the dress is bad, and on the picture that they have on line has horses and the dress that I received it doesn't have any, I contacted the seller and they offer me a refund, and that's not the case because my daughter chooses this dress especially for the horses,

  I doubt the image belongs to the seller. The seller attempted to make the dress in the image, but it didn t turn out well. I had a hard time returning for a refund. The seller was communicative, but at first only offered a partial refund for the return, failed to reimburse me for shipping via paypal, and gave me a return address that bounced the dress back to me. Because of this I feel that if I had not gotten assistance from Ebay I would not have received a refund.
