    Beautifully engraved plaque, made using excellent quality slate and my family's personalised design. The plaque was bought as a temporary memorial for my Dad.     Informed from the outset. Sent design before committing. Arrived quickly. Even though packaged very well, slight damage to box, however replaced box without question. This is a different and unique bottle box. Engraving message looks fantastic. Kept upto date with delivery. Will be ordering again. Definitely value for money and a good quality product
