  I had a bit of a situation. When I received the package it was opened and the contents missing. I reached out and the seller got back with me quickly. The quality of the product was as expected. The value for the product right on and the appearance was perfect! I am more impressed with the customer service. The seller did not have to replace the item but they did. Customer service is a lost art. Clearly this seller still has it. From communication to the item. Will purchase again from here.

  Seller sent 7 out of 13 pieces. Asked for remaining six. Had to send photos! Seller offered refund instead and didn’t send. Had to get eBay involved to resolve this. Not worth the aggravation except on principle. Very slow. Would not buy from this seller again. Very poor customer service.
