    Item is exactly as described, BRAND NEW. The packaging was super impressive & very well protected. The value was excellent. Very great quality. Bought this as a backup for my electric stapler in the print shop where I work, however I may be using it more often. Shipping was very fast as well.     This business Lies to customers. They claim they have items available but as soon as you purchase they tell you there is a problem with the shipment or that the product was damaged in their warehouse. I have reported this company to eBay. I’ve tried doing business with them several times and they continue to pull the same tricks. I am wondering if this is an information capture system out of China… BUYER BEWARE
