  Laptop arrived within two days in pristine condition. Issue was as described, and everything noted was present. This is my second purchase from Tech-Gem, and I would not hesitate to make a third! once again, the item was packaged extremely well, and I am exceedingly happy with the item received. The people at Tech-Gem are very easy to deal with (i did minimally - i've had no issues, and got exactly what was listed) - thank you very much.

  For 20 years I have been purchasing only recertified Lenovo's, due to their quality and construction, but this Dell was a deal for the price. The item is as described; it was well packed and shipped promptly. I had to reinstall windows a couple of times and I swapped in another m.2 drive as well, but this was expected. Thank you for the prompt delivery and I will see if this 5-year-old, workstation of a laptop, is still worth investing in. Thank you! I will buy again from this seller!
