  Poor communication and slow shipment. Waited nearly 4 weeks for my order. When I finally got a response, seller was rude. I was told that the seller had 10 days to prepare the order. My response was you should’ve communicated that to me initially. I purchased a lot of items on eBay and would not use this seller again based on my experience.

  Hey, this packaged was ordered on April 14th and delivered April 28th. In the listing, it also states this would take 10 business days which fit the timeframe of 2 weeks. In terms of being "rude" we expressed our apologies twice in the conversation I disagree with this claim. If I could attach the chatlog I would. All in all, I believe this review is dishonest. Despite that, I'd still like to make this right for you.
