Seller asked allot of questions, after which they offered a full refund without having to return the item (they have a company rule that any returned products are destroyed - so they prefer the buyer recycle or gift the item to someone else). It was a very strange transaction, but in the end I'm happy with the customer service I received, and happy with the refund.
