  I started off receiving the wrong item, so I reached out to the seller, sent pictures to confirm what I received was incorrect, and BAM! I got a response apologizing for the mix-up, and was told they would get the right item out to me. I received a return shipper URL, took the item to USPS, and before I left the post office I had an email that my credit was available. I reordered the adapter, using the credit, and BAM tracking said my items would be in the next morning! Works great!

  Western Cowboy Mounted on Horse Gold-Toned Metal Lapel Pin. Packed nicely. Packed in bubble wrap and hard cardboard packing envelope approximately 8" x 4" so the pin (package) wouldn't get lost in the bureacratic sorting machinery of the US Post Office. Pin was as described. The condition of the pin is brand new. Appearance consistant with the photo on ebay. No problems. Good transaction.
