  The item is well made. The manufacturer is very good at mailing.and their tracking. What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct. Fortunately I knew the mail carrier

  Great Deal....Seller lowered my regulator W.C. supply pressure to 6 (Six) for me at no extra cost before shipping. Answered my emails and questions promptly. Came exactly as described in listing and was shipped securely and came undamaged. Haven`t tried out my kit yet but have high confidence in Jerry/propane-kits to help answer any questions I may have if I run into any problems during setup. Buy with confidence!

  Great online order experience!  Was having a hard time sourcing  this type of product and found this vendor and have identical replacement at a great price!  They were quick to sent out shipment information and arrived faster than I expected!  Will use this vendor in the future! Thank you again!

  Was sent wrong item. Was told "but it does the same thing" . Then was instructed to start a return if i didn't want the wrong item i was sent. For me item is not worth my gas and time to return. So now this seller is not worth my time to purchase any future items.

  This was our mistake, we had not updated the photo to the new style hose barb. This is a 3/8" male NPT to 5/8" male hose barb, for the application we list this either barb style will work. We offered a full refund and a return label (to be returned via postal service, drop in mail box) but the customer decided to keep the fitting.

  The vendor delayed the delivery of the parts indicating that the kit wasn't complete. I accepted the delay from the vendor. However, when we received and opened the package, we found that the kit wasn't complete. I contacted the vendor, and they told me they will send the missing part, the vendor didn't send the part and is not answering my messages. I feel that the vendor is stealing the money from clients and not honoring their word. I highly recommend not to do business with this vendor.
