  Excellent. Items arrived quicker than expected (international order) which was a nice surprise. The items were well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping costs to the UK were very reasonable, and a lot cheaper than other sellers. Seller communication was very polite and fast to respond.   I initially received the items in damaged condition due to the shipping process. Mark quickly responded to messages and was very helpful throughout. He sent new items in better-protected packaging and included a pre-stamped envelope to return the old items. The new items are of nice quality. I would recommend this seller for their communication and customer service.

  Originally received incorrect Program and contacted the seller. Immediately the seller connected back and made it right, enclosing a self addressed and paid envelope to return the incorrect item while mailing out the item I ordered. Very happy with the customer service, communication, and the item once received was in excellent new condition as described. Very excited to add this Program to our Eagles memorabilia. Packaged well during delivery and excited to receive. Thank you!

  Positive for receiving item, excellent communication, plus always return a positive. Seller warned me he had been finding international shipments had been taking a long time for him. That said he took 5 days to mail item. At 4 weeks - just when I would start to consider the item late - there was a mail strike here in Canada. So a further 19 day delay. It finally arrived y'day - 56 days later (37 not counting the strike). If seller had mailed right away - might have easily beat that strike.
