  This ring is not what it says it was. This ring is not lab grown diamond and does not register at all on jewellers diamond tester which it should if it is lab grown diamond. Seller did not respond to my question or concerns. Do not buy from this company as you will not get what you are paying for and will not be able to resolve the issue. Company is not trustworthy.

  Item did not match the listing photos — ordered a black ring as clearly shown in the ad, but received a silver one instead. Reached out to the seller multiple times with no response. I even provided photo evidence comparing the listing and what was received, but never heard back. Disappointed in the lack of communication and misrepresentation.

  I did not receive a moissonite stone. Seller accepted return request. After much back and forth seller finally provided a return label. Return and refund took some time but did receive my refund. Check your stones from this seller. My ring was misrepresented and I can not recommend this seller.
