The shoes came in and my wife loved them until she tried them on, she walked just a few feet, and the shoe was coming apart in front of us. I sent an email and received a fast response form the seller. They sent a return label quickly and I was given a quick refund. The shoes were new in the box, so it had to be a defective shoe with no fault of the seller.

The retailer shipped via USPS, which is much appreciated. Shipping time is slower than UPS or FedEx, but worth it for the lower Duty fees.
