I mistakenly thought the listing was for 4 tires of the same size, but what I ordered was a staggered set. When I noticed the problem I contacted them, they wrote back immediately and stopped the shipment. I ended up getting the set I needed. Shipping was crazy fast; the issue was sorted out on the 26th and my shop got the tires on the 28th. Price was similar to Tirerack (about $50 less for the set), but install was about $100 cheaper.

[not their fault] They responded to my inquiry as to where the tires were when FedEx said they were delivered but I never got them, and this company took that seriously and were willing to help me deal with FedEx. Luckily after the storm and I plowed out my driveway I found them in front of my neighbor's garage. I give top rating to this company for their product and caring.

Only once was there an inventory issue, but they offered a few other options and one costed more than the original choice I made, but they were gonna price match and throw a discount. I highly recommend them and I will be buying again for sure.
