  Appalling service. Do not use this company. Ordered in good time for a specific event but item did not arrive on time. Contact to find out what was happening and they assured me had been dispatched on time and would be delivered so I didn’t get an alternative. Tracking clearly showed it hadn’t been dispatched until shortly before it should have arrived! Also they sent the wrong colour and the sizing is way off too. Terrible experience.

  Completely brilliant service. T shirt was over-sized, I phoned the up and the man I spoke to was really helpful and replaced it with a smaller one, which arrived very promptly. . Highly recommend.

  Good quality hat, arrived a bit crushed but hoping creases will go. A large deep box would have been better, but understand packaging is more minimal these days.
