These concentrates are used to target inks with optimal printing properties. Once our chemists are satisfied, the ink recipes are tested thoroughly by our US-based Quality Control team and scaled up for full manufacturing.

    We take ink seriously. We test every single batch of ink that we produce, and only release it once it meets our stringent QC standards.

    Update: I believe the situation has been resolved. After I emailed the seller, I heard back from them promptly. They were very responsive, very apologetic and arranged to get the correct set of cartridges in the mail to me. I received the replacement set after an appropriate amount of time (I believe it was being sent from China) and the cartridges are sealed and look genuine. Thank you to the seller for the quick response and resolution!
