  Item was packaged nicely and seems to have kept it from getting damaged in transit. There is some cosmetic damage (faceplate broken in corner) on one of the units which was not directly mentioned or photographed which is a bit disappointing but the units appear fully functional as listed in description. Item was also shipped pretty quickly which was nice and the price seemed fair.

  This item was listed as 'NEW' that means brand new in the unopened box in the original packaging, but it was sent to me without the original packaging. This seller is NOT an honest person.

  PACKAGE WAS SENT USPS PRIORITY WITH NEW GENUINE TONER AS DESCRIPTION STATED TWICE IN RED. TRY FIND A SOLUTION BUT CUSTOMER WAS VERY UNHAPPY AND UNRESONABLE.
