  The minute the box was delivered I knew the person sending it knew what he was doing! I live in a remote area and I swear boxes are kicked down dirt roads before being delivered. This large format printer, packaged with care and enough padding to survive the journey, arrived damage-free, very clean, and in great working condition. Suprise- some ink was still in the printer, still good- saving me some money on ink as I learn how to use this beast. Thank you!

  Boards arrived packaged in original boxes, even though advertised as open box, they had original wrapping and are in new condition. The price was right and the quality is there. The tech in charge of the project said that they look to be a well thought out product.
