  I would purchase from this seller again. I bought an apple watch and it was brand new just as they described it. It was even still in the original packaging sealed but the watch battery wouldn't charge. I contacted the seller and they gave me a full refund immediately. I had a good experience with this seller. I will keep them in mind for another future purchase. Thanks for your speediness and taking care of me.

  I ordered an iPhone two times; the product was described as new in a sealed box in the listing. I purchased on a Monday; I was informed Thursday that the product was an open box item. They offered a small discount, but I chose to wait for a sealed box instead. I responded and agreed to wait. However, my follow-up messages were not acknowledged, and the seller ultimately refunded me instead of providing the product, the lack of communication and apparent unavailability happen twice.
