  Item came exactly as described and in perfect condition. It was shipped in a very durable box to ensure the safety of the items. Shipping cost was a little higher than I usually see for these products but the price was displayed upfront so I knew what I was paying before bidding. This seller has great communication and is very understanding. I would certainly purchase from them again.

  Sent me the wrong book, took them a while to reply because they were at a convention, but they responded professionally and covered all expenses involved in getting the correct book to me. Very happy with this purchase!! There shipping cost is on the higher end but man is it packed bullet proof and professionally. The ITEM came as described. LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER PURCHASE!   Quick response, Fast shipping, The cost for shipping was awful high, All three books were put into a envelope package which should have only cost 9 dollars to ship ground advantage, But I was charged 10 dollars for two of the three, And it wasn't well reinforced for protection, Package was damaged but the books were unharmed, Description, speed of shipment, And communication were good, But probably won't order from again

  Shipping was fast the statue was not new even though the listing showed it was the seller is excellent at communicating the only issue i had was that when i returned the statue for a refund it was a partial refund i had to contact eBay for the balance on the refund that was very inconvenient the seller did let me know that it was a new eBay policy which in my opinion is not good business again not blaming the seller for this but just a heads up
