Although packaged perfectly collector item packaging did get dinged, however seller was quick to respond and we worked it out. Not sellers fault at all. Sometimes things like this just happen in online businesses. Good communication and item as described. I do recommend seller 100%. Thank you, although a little bummed the packaging has a ding as a collector I’m still happy with the item & so excited to have in my collection!

Not only that but it was shipped out the exact day the pre sale ended which was great! product was in a smaller box with enough protection inside to keep the elite trainer box in perfect condition/brand new just as described :) super happy with this purchase, not a bad price either! Highly recommend this seller

They put the ETB in a cardboard box with no padding or protection so by the time I received the package it had slid around in the box and the plastic that sealed the ETB was scratched up making this ETB unsuitable for display in a sealed collection. I would expect better from an item that cost double the msrp. I reached out to the seller twice and they never responded.
