    Wow GREATEST SELLER!! Buy with confidence from this seller, my coat is just as described, was posted very quickly and FREE postage! I literally received it within 4 days. Was packed well, quite tightly but not a problem. Have already bought again from this seller because they are amazing value and offer great deals. A+++++, I will be buying again from Preworn.     Took a little extra time from the booking of the shipping to item actually being shipped ( shown as in the system at all ). then took a week to arrive on a 48 hr delivery. 😒 ( dont know why ? ) but it finally arrived today and it looks really lovely just as described and pics show. Packed well. Very good value for money. Comms a bit hit and miss, first message answered but then no response to subsequent message / inquiry regarding postage. Overall pleased with item so would use seller again

    the item arrived well packaged and quickly. Unfortunately it was sold as Large but label stated it was medium. I contacted seller who replied very quickly and offered a partial refund as I did not want to return item. I accepted and was happy with outcome. I would be happy to recommend this seller no problem

    I have bought several items from this seller, and I have never been disappointed. Items are exactly how described and photos, and really good value as no postage costs. My items have always come nicely packaged, and on time. Although the last item arrived nearly a week after purchase. But, no big deal thing, and I can live with that. Will be purchasing again from the seller.

    Great customer service! There were problems with the jacket, but the seller quickly resolved all issues and communicated with me at every step. I bought from this seller before and always a great experience, fast postage, good value items. This is the first time there was an error in description and the seller was super-helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Highly recommend this seller!
