    Ordered on the 9th- label created on 14th- received at PO on the 16th. Amazingly, the PO it here on the 19th the last day of the promised time frame. Packaged well...look good with only two extremely faint ?wine marks. Good value. Communication overall sparse...no explanation for delay in shipping initiation or transit to PO.

    The candlestick was delayed to an issue that the seller couldn't control. The seller communicated with me to let me know and kept me up to date. The item shipped and I was sent tracking info. It arrived in perfect condition, and with no issues. This is a good company and I will deal with them again.

    Wie schon mehrfach bei diesem sehr guten Ebay-Händler gekauft, schneller Versand, korrekte Angaben zu den Artikeln, immer seriös. Leider ist in letzter Zeit der Zusteller von (DHL) das Problem Nr. 1. Beim Nachbarn hinterlassen war nicht möglich, warum auch immer, stattdessen Benachrichtigung, liegt in Packstation, dort war's aber nicht, nun auf Verdacht zur nächstgelegenen Depotfiliale, dort war's zwischengelagert zur Abholung, jetzt muss man noch Gedanken lesen wo es liegt - geht gar nicht.

    All the books are wonderful and even better than in the pictures! The Bible was even brand new - it had plastic wrapping. The one prayerbook had some prayer cards in it, which I think was an added bonus! The packaging was done with care and protected the volumes. It came very quickly. Everything about the transaction was wonderful.
