  Seller listed a $200 helmet as a Medium and sent me an XXXL sized helmet, when i realized that it wasn’t just a brand-specific medium that ran large in size and actually was an XXXL (it was discreetly hidden in an inner tag tucked away inside the helmet) , the seller refused to respond to my messages and refused to return/refund. Had to get ebay involved. F- seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Yamaha MM6 keyboard but only received a power cable. When I contacted the seller, they admitted they no longer had the keyboard, yet made me wait with slow, drawn-out responses before finally processing the refund. Poor communication and service—I do not recommend this seller

  I am very sorry for the mistake in receiving the wrong item. We did actually respond the same day and fully refunded the item. We pride ourselves on stellar customer service and we did our best to rectify the situation promptly.
