  Card was labeled as shipped Immediately. Was sent using eBay standard envelope And never came. These envelopes are In no way trackable. Choose option USPS first class shipping ALways , no matter the cost of your card. I regrettably missed that option. This seller maintained good communication entire time and refunded me immediately. Kind seller to deal with. EBAY MUST STOP offering these STANDARD shipping envelopes they CANNOTT be tracked. Not sellers fault and was helpful.

  Received 3 cards from separate orders in a single mailer. All were well-packaged & even included several nice extras, but this card arrived w/ a tiny ding, which only presents in reflective light. Even w/ refunds accepted (which is appreciated), still plan to hold the card as it is otherwise pristine. Just sending feedback as to what was received. Overall process was smooth & easy.   The seller themselves are great! The seller did an outstanding job packing and shipping this product. Went above and beyond with the inserts as well as large bubble wrap with small bubble wrap! Professional shipping work! Although, I can't complain about the seller the product was so high in demand its just the price. But, that has nothing to do with the seller as this product is exclusive to pokemon center. Will recommend and will buy from seller again if I miss out on another grail product.
