    I received the item, unfortunately the item got damaged in transitie but nothing that couldn't be fixed, contacted them them about it and resolved the issue, item could have been packaged a bit better in hindsight, the item was as described but was VERY dusty and dirty, value for money, yeah can't complain. Good communication from this company and sorted issues.

    I was a bit concerned about the dispatch time and also after reading some of the negative feedback I was wondering how the laptop would turn up. Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*

    Order was slow to post but issues with Royal Mail collection. Laptop arrived with Chassis damage that was not on the listing photos. Communicated with seller and they advised to raise a postal claim with RM as damage obviously occurred after listing. Seller offered generous partial refund and their communication helped me see past my anger.

    Better than expected. Immediately put to goo use. Postage OK. Packaging was a disaster. Fell out of box but bubblewrap kept it safe. As described and overall excellent value for money.

    Reliable seller, honest description, prompt posting and excellent packaging. No issues and a very professional transaction. Recommended. Not as good were Royal Mail who closed down for Easter and missed the planned 48 hour delivery.
