  Accurate Description, shipping packaging could have been better as the box was not full and so heavy PS moved around in shipping and box ended up having holes and peanuts came out.

  The seller did an excellent job shipping the product fast during the holidays. They understood the sensitive industrial electronics needed extra packaging to keep it safe during transportation. The product arrived foam-wrapped and double-boxed with padding between box layers. The part matched the description and was successfully installed, bringing our machine tool back to life. The seller provided the most cost-effective solution to fix our out-of-service machine.

  I never received my item, the couriers managed to make a mess of that. The seller was not responsible, a very fair and trusted seller who unlike many when things were going wrong, did everything he could to resolve the issue, excellent communication and a really decent person. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.
