    Although I've yet to be able to set this up fully, everything seems to be in order. The phone arrived with a 92% charge, the cracks are as depicted and the irritating white line is there (I'll get used to it!) - all exactly as described. The seller answered my questions quickly and politely and dispatched the phone immediately. Packaging was sufficient to protect the phone. Royal Mail Tracked 24 claim found this delivered it to my door in less than a day. A decent price and first class service.

    Quick delivery and great value and appearance. Intermittent fault keyboard failed to work sometimes so contacted seller and tried their suggestions to fix however intermittent fault persisted. Intermittent faults can be very difficult to narrow down a cause for them. A replacement or a refund was needed, seller chose to refund. Great customer relations and I would order from them again.

    The shipping was fast and on point. The dates stated for delivery where honored. The packaging was excellent such that the laptop arrived safe and intact. The laptop was as described and even more new for an old laptop than I expected. To be honest the laptop I purchased was a great value for my money.
