  A used part was purchased and it worked perfectly for a very good price. No visable damage on part. USPS added 3 days to the shipment date but then was received on the date originally mentioned. Very satisfied will order from the seller again.

  Condition - The item was delivered without the faceplate which was advertised in the picture of the item for sale. I would like faceplate sent or a new item with faceplate attached. I did not want to rate experience negatively without an opportunity from your side to rectify.

  I received a pre-owned timer for my clothes dryer. It was clean and worked. The numbers on the timer did not match exactly with my old timer. I contacted the seller who explained the difference and why he sent me the newer version. I also verified this info by checking my dryer model number and found that the timer I received is the recommended one.
