  Seller sent the wrong colour, I ordered black, I was sent pale blue. Seller didn't reply immediately so I started the return process. Now at the point that once the return has been received, and my refund processed, I will reorder the black set again, which after a discussion with the seller should hopefully arrive in the right colour. Shipping wasn't the quickest either....

  Great seller, I had an issue with the item delivered and contacted the seller , the response was good - a reply in under 24 hours, an assurance of correcting the mistake and replacement goods arrived within 3 days so I have to give the seller 5 * for their actions. The leather socks are good quality and well made so very happy with purchase.

  Ordered white colour and received brown even though white was in stock when I placed order, Seller could have messaged me first and asked me that which colour I want if white wasn’t available. Poor customer service and poor business management, very disappointed

  Seller is completely a hustler. He send me wrong item. Tried to contact him but no reply. I had to print level and buy envelope... not happy.

  Genuinely terrible seller. Ordered the WHITE igal, seller sent gold. He didn't want to take it back and tried to get me to accept 10% discount. I sent it back and again, ordered the white igal. He sent ANOTHER gold! So fed up. I think he doesn't have the stock he says he has, and just banks on people taking the 10% discount and keeping the wrong item. Will never order again.
