    I was sent the correct items, except they weren't in the color that I ordered. I messaged the seller about this, and received no response, so I continued on to filing a request to return the items. I received a label in a timely manner, and eventually was issued a refund. So, no need for negative feedback. My past experience with this shop several years ago was positive. It's clear they offer a lot of items and probably have a large volume of orders, so mistakes can/will happen sometimes.

    Length and gauge matched the description. For such a light item, I thought shipping could have been cheaper (possibly mail in a standard envelope?). But it arrived triple bagged and clearly new, so I am happy with the purchase and the vendor.

    I just wanted to express my gratitude for the quality and shipping of my nose rings. They were packaged with care and the condition was as described and came as expected, and on time. I have been looking for this style and size and the appearance was exactly as pictured. and for some reason they are becoming increasingly difficult to find. I will say that they were a little pricier than I wanted to spend but overall a good value due to my purchasing more for the free shipping.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with on eBay. Sent wrong size, didn’t communicate. Item was of very poor quality. I agreed to send back and loose shipping, they lied to eBay saying they sent a shipping label but DID NOT! I’m taking the loss and throwing this piece of garbage away. AVOID THIS SELLER

    Buyer opened a return request stating the ring wasn't of correct size yet gave proof the size they purchased was the numbered size they selected on the listing. It was "wrong" because it didn't match what they THOUGHT that size meant because of a purchase purchase they mase years ago. Absurd. When I had asked for pictures, none were provided. I have eBay returns enabled, they got a USPS label via email yet couldn't find it. 1 of the worst buyer's I've dealt with in a while.

    You're even lying about asking for photos. People should look at your negative feedback. If you spent 1/10th of the time responding to customers as you do responding to NEGATIVE Feedback, you wouldn't have these problems. Poor service and bad quality are never a good sign. My fault. I should have looked at you Feedback b4 purchasing.
