  First off, let me start with the description is listed as new it was fast shipment, but upon receiving it was packaged in a wooden box, but after opening, they had grinder marks on the right edge and minor damage to the lower right corner it’s all repairable if I had more time I would return and ask for another one, but I do not have the time but other than that, it is as described for my vehicle. I just question that it being New but it was a good price

  “BROKE”. Product arrived fast, but the corner of the box was pushed in and I hoped non of the fragile plastic bolt on mounts wasn’t broken but it was, now I know stuff gets broken through shipping but why not at least put “ fragile “ somewhere on the box or just a little more cushioning in the corners and when I contacted them about it they said sorry we’ll let our warehouse workers know about it and tried giving me a $8 refund , and asked if I could fix it my self.   Item exactly as described. Great quality. Fast shipping. UPS mangled the box but internal packaging protected all - no damage. Heavy gauge steel and fully assembled with winch plate. Excellent value. Great seller. A+++++

  Sent me not only the wrong item it wasn’t even close. When I told them about it and asked for a refund they tried offering me less than half the amount I paid and when I said I wanted a full refund they stopped communicating. They ripped me off. $ 116.32 so watch out

  fast shipping, s described... thanks! On a side note, FedEx completely destroyed the package, but fortunately there was minimal damage to the bottom of the shelf itself. As a Seller who's been repeated screwed by FedEx recently, I understand.

  I was impressed by the details shown in the 23 pictures regarding these items. they came from 3 different warehouses! the 2 center pieces were shipped without padding in nothing more than a mylar bag. the ends poked through on both pieces resulting in minor scratches. Both are plastic without fiberglass bonding. The end pieces came boxed and bubble wrapped, firm, fiberglass reinforced needing a fair amount sanding, filling and priming to prep for painting. meets expectations for the price
