  A mixup occurred during shipping and I did not receive the stealth rack. I contacted them and they made sure the second package was shipped. Responded to emails quickly and made a gracious offer to me for the delay. I told them no, they offer a good product at a good price. Great seller!!!!

  First off, let me start with the description is listed as new it was fast shipment, but upon receiving it was packaged in a wooden box, but after opening, they had grinder marks on the right edge and minor damage to the lower right corner it’s all repairable if I had more time I would return and ask for another one, but I do not have the time but other than that, it is as described for my vehicle. I just question that it being New but it was a good price

  “BROKE”. Product arrived fast, but the corner of the box was pushed in and I hoped non of the fragile plastic bolt on mounts wasn’t broken but it was, now I know stuff gets broken through shipping but why not at least put “ fragile “ somewhere on the box or just a little more cushioning in the corners and when I contacted them about it they said sorry we’ll let our warehouse workers know about it and tried giving me a $8 refund , and asked if I could fix it my self.   Item exactly as described. Great quality. Fast shipping. UPS mangled the box but internal packaging protected all - no damage. Heavy gauge steel and fully assembled with winch plate. Excellent value. Great seller. A+++++

  Sent me not only the wrong item it wasn’t even close. When I told them about it and asked for a refund they tried offering me less than half the amount I paid and when I said I wanted a full refund they stopped communicating. They ripped me off. $ 116.32 so watch out

  fast shipping, s described... thanks! On a side note, FedEx completely destroyed the package, but fortunately there was minimal damage to the bottom of the shelf itself. As a Seller who's been repeated screwed by FedEx recently, I understand.
