  Polite, professional, and with great communication. While this had to be refunded due to issues with parts, they were by no means the fault of the seller and he was up front with the exact cause. Were it not for an impending deadline I would have happily given him more time for the laptop to arrive.

  Laptop arrived and is in good working order, have given a neutral feedback for this reason - item ordered 27th May, was advised not in stock but would be in that weekend, when back in stock I had to message seller to post had to wait 1 week for them to post, was then posted 5th June and recieved 7th June, and used Evri as a courier which worried me more as they are notorious in losing high value items, once recieved, it came in a thin bin liner as packaging which was also ripped.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!LAPTOP WAS NEVER SENT, SELLER SENT A TRACKING NUMBER BUT DIDN'T HAND IT OVER TO ROYAL MAIL, SELLER IGNORED MESSAGES SENT OVER TWO WEEKS AND I HAD TO BRING EBAY INTO IT, JUST DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SELLER THEY ARE SCAMMERS

  WEL, AFTER LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IT SEENS TO HAVE WOKEN THEM UP ABD THEY HAVE SUPPOSEDLY SENT THE LAPTOP, IT IS STILL TWO WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR IT WITH NO REAL REASON GIVEN AS TO WHY WHICH I FIND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, WE WILL SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE WHEN (IF) IT TURNS UP, I HAVE SAID BEFORE THAT I AM A PATIENT PERSON BUT WAITING THIS LONG WITH NO COMM'S OR UPDATED IS NOT HOW I DO BUSINESS, WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...

  Good points:- Powerful laptop, higher processor than advertised. Well packed. Bargain price. Bad points:- More scratches than shown on the lid and dented, does not affect performance. Ordered on 7th March arrived 18th, 1-2 day delivery stated in ad. However, overall, I am pleased with the product.

  Very disappointing. The listing said the laptop battery was in good condition. It isn't. I get maybe 30 minutes on battery, at best. The delivery was also late and despite me contacting the seller, they weren't particularly helpful.
