    Item is exactly as described and shipped fast, unfortunately seller used FedEx who decided to send it via a circuitous almost 1000 mile route that took 5 days when I live 100 miles and 1.5 hrs from the shipping point. Thank God the generator was packed well from the factory as it had been dropped so many times the large bottom Styrofoam tray was in 5 pcs and the top one was also broken. Fortunately I couldn't find any damage to the generator and it runs great. At least I received exactly what I

    Item arrived on time, and as described. The cardboard product box had been ripped but the pump seems to work well. The outer shipping box was in good condition.

    Ordered item, seller messaged there would be a delay in shipment. We acknowledged this was no issue. Seller then cancelled the order after that window stating their supplier is unable to provide the item. It's not a great practice to sell items you don't have on hand. We are understanding that things happen, but it was a big waste of our time and we could have purchased elsewhere sooner. Refunded without issue.
