  Arrived quickly. The item is beautiful, exactly as described & it's brand new. The mailing package was very secure. Once opened, the item I purchased was still sealed in it's own original packaging, unopened. Very good price! Very happy with excellent seller!

  Unfortunately the teapot arrived broken, which was disappointing, however when I reached out to the seller they were extremely kind and helpful, offering either a partial refund or return with full refund. I appreciated the promptness, professionalism, kindness and solutions based mindset. I would buy form them again knowing they guarantee their items and provide customers options when things do not go as planned ( even when they can’t control it). Thanks!
