Having experience similar shipping issues (through no fault of any of the sellers), I asked if Powell Memorabilia would help in this matter, so they refunded me. About 3 days later, the item arrived and I asked if I could send the money back to them, PM said that if a buyer is dissatisfied, no matter what the reason, he couldn’t accept it.
