    Value for money. New. But seller let down by poor delivery performance by Royal Mail and no tracking. Finally delivered 6 days late. Seller did offer to resend so can't fault them for that

    I have always purchased FC "Black Edition" pencils. In this instance this seller had a box of Neon/Pastel Pencils. It saved me a godd deal of money, not having to buy a box of each kind. Very very good price, good packaging and pristine condition. Delighted with my purchase. Thank you Molly

    Item as described but it was the service that excelled. The package wasn't delivered as stated and so I contacted the seller. It ask bevan a mystery when postie confessed to putting through wrong letterbox, the problem being that the house was empty!I relayed this to the seller just so they knew I had traced it. Amazingly they sent another pack of cartridges free of charge! That is amazing service and much appreciated

    Items exactly as described. Arrived in great time and condition. Excellent quality and excellent value for money. I love these little pens, they are super light and easy to write with. Seller is wonderful, contacted me over a small stock issue, but it was all resolved in a few minutes. I recommend Portles 100%
