  Ordered 20ml product, received smaller, allegedly by mistake, asked seller to send another one but only offered a £1.50 refund? And I'm expected to send it back? Won't be ordering from this seller

  This was sent out in error, and I replied back to the buyer that I would issue a refund of £1.50, or if she wanted to send it back, I would send her a postage label and once received I would issue a full refund for the item.
