  I purchased a Tofuture tofu press, as described in the item description, though I received a poorly made copy. Tried to resolve this with the seller, after four days of frustrating messaging back and forth, with no resolution or acceptance of being misleading/inaccurate. I was ready to take this matter up with Ebay! Only at that point I was offered and received a full refund. These tofu presses are so cheap, they don't want them back because it would cost more than they're worth.

  Item as described but do not know what went on with the delivery. Evri took 10 ten days! Possibly adverse weather but Evri didn’t communicate until 17th January (date of delivery). None of this is the seller’s fault, as the item was marked posted on the day of the order, but wanted to let others know. For all the criticism, Royal Mail tracked would have delivered within two days max.

  AVOID THIS SELLER. Item arrived 1 week later than advertised (too late for my holiday). The item did not look like the picture and it was squashed, broken and had bits falling off I tried to resolve this directly, sending lots of photos. I then involved Ebay, the buyer offered a partial refund if I left them positive feedback. 17 emails later I got a full refund. Like I say AVOID AVOID AVOID!

  Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Great communication from seller, keeping me up to date with dispatch and delivery. The item was well packaged. The quality is very good and is exactly as described. It looks really cute and will be great for hanging in my daughter's room. Excellent value. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

  The harness is very well made and a good price. However delivery time was outrageous, not all down to seller , though not posted for some days after order, but mainly the courier, have spent the last 5 days chasing the package.
