  Item arrived as described and in very nice condition. No damage to the product and was wrapped well and nothing was missing. Got the confirmed item that I chose so no errors there and item price was also reasonable. Shipping took some time but as to be expected as was shipped to another county so shipping price was a bit high but reasonable. Seller was very nice and communicative would buy from them again.

  Ordered March 24, arrived April 10 when estimated delivery was April 16-23. This was shipped to Honolulu, Hawaii. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap and its box was folded down. Just had to open the box and place the bear back inside and it was like new. Bear not dirty at all and there were only little dents to the corner of its box. Don’t know if the bear was sprayed with perfume but it smelled nice too. Very happy with this order and the product I received.

  The Pocha figurines were brand new in box, confirmed exact figures requested, & lovely quality. Happy to see they were genuine Sanrio product, as well. Package arrived quickly, with updates from the seller, who was very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the boxes got a little squashed by the postal service, despite the ample air padding provided by seller, but the figures inside were perfectly unharmed, so overall I'm quite happy with this purchase!   These are great! The items arrived exactly as they look in the pictures and the overall quality is excellent. The seller communicated efficiently how long it would be and they arrived in a very timely manner for being shipped from overseas. I’d definitely buy from them again. The only thing I’d say is that the boxes were squished upon arrival but I’m sure that’s from the shipping process.
