Communication was assertive and the seller was always responsive to my questions. Shipping was a nightmare because I am outside the US and had to make a lot of calls to USPS to claim the package, but despite that, the camera works perfectly (I haven't tested it with film yet). The only thing I didn't like is that it came wrapped in a ziploc and could have broken along the way. I recommend this seller. I would buy from him again
