I purchased the item during a postal strike and they communicated regularly, checking to make sure I still wanted to wait for my item (or if I wanted a refund(. Eventually shipping resumed to my country and the seller shipped it right away. Great packing job, fast shipping and product as described (as always).   Seller was very prompt in replying and updating me with the purchase/shipment from Australia. Item arrived pretty fast considering it was shipping to California, and the box is in good condition without any damage. Item looks New and sealed as described. The price was great considering it was new vs open box from other sellers.

  There was an issue with the order as the seller sent a wrong item to me but they were super quick of resolving the issue by sending the correct item with express delivery time ( within 24 hours) very impressive.   came in perfect condition, completely new and unopened for a great price. thank you so much! shipped with the brown shipper box as well as the art box. if you care about the shipper, be careful when cutting through the bubble wrap it’s shipped in, but it shouldn’t be a big issue. great seller, thank you!
